1. We charge a one-month salary as a service charge from the client, which has to be paid as a salary for one maid. The candidate will be joining for a year.

2. In case our candidate is not suitable for your household or is not willing to work in your household, and you do not want a replacement, we will not refund any amount.

3. In the event that our candidate leaves our organization/house within one year, we will provide you with new candidates free of cost. However, we will not provide more than two replacements at the same time. If you request more than two replacements, you will have to return our previous candidates.

4. Our company reserves the right to cancel the contract without providing clarification for any misbehavior of the client or their associates/family members with the candidates.

5. If you do not provide information or complaints about our provided candidates in a timely manner, we will not be responsible for any problems.

6. We will visit the organization/house once a month to check on the welfare of the candidate.

7. On the joining date, we will provide you with the full biodata of the candidate to the local police station for your security.

8. Any disputes or controversies arising from claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Mumbai.
